Fun with markers in my sketchbook & a Cass Art markers review

I recently got pretty into drawing in my sketchbook with different types of markers and wanted to expand my collection!

One of my fave art shops in London - Cass Art, was calling my name for a little supplies haul. At first I thought I'd go for the classic Copic alcohol markers, but at £5 per pen (!) these are super pricey, and if you don't use them that often then may not be worth the investment.

I spotted the own brand Cass Art set for around £30 and thought i'd give them a go. Watch my YouTube review below...

I'm really happy with them and think they are definitely worth the money. The set I got came in a set of 48 and to be honest, the colours are definitely my vibe but it would be great to have even more colour options.

I've since seen various similar variations to these markers on Amazon (mixed reviews) so may give some others a go and get some more colours.. (the brand 'Ohuho' seem to get rated quite nicely over on TikTok). Or perhaps it will be time for a Copic set (birthday gift to myself, hello)
Lets see if I'm still enjoying using these by June!
Here are some drawings from my sketchbooks using them.
