Refund policy

Returns
 
Hopefully you will be pleased with your items! However, if there is something wrong you are welcome to submit a return within 14 days.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item(s) and if you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your order (including any orders where free shipping was offered).

Please note that due to the nature of personalised items, these products are non-refundable.

All other returns will be accepted as long as:

• Return shipping costs are paid by the customer
• Returns are sent within 14 days
• Products are returned in an unused condition with original tags/packaging (if applicable)  
• Your order number is included (or I will be unable to process your return)
• It is advised to send returns via a tracked service/and retain proof of postage

Once approved, a refund will be processed within 14 working days of receiving your return.

Note: I do not accept exchanges.
