Currently shipping to the UK/EU Canada and the USA.
UK Shipping is a flat rate of £3.95. Orders over £30 currently qualify for free shipping when using the code "FREESHIPPING" . All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 service.
EU, Canada and USA
Shipping to EU, Canada and the US is a flat rate sent Royal Mail Standard International (estimated time is 6-7 working days). Shipping will be calculated at checkout.
Please note: Import duties and taxes may be charged on orders shipping outside the UK. These are set by the customs authority of the destination country. You will be responsible for the payment of any such duties and taxes.
Dispatch
I aim to ship within 3-4 working days of receiving your order, (often, sooner!)
For orders from the UK - you will receive a confirmation email once your item has been dispatched which will contain your Royal Mail tracking number.
Orders sent outside the UK are usually sent via Royal Mail Standard International or Tracked depending upon value.
Please allow up to 10 days (UK, 12 days International) after dispatch before contacting me about missing orders. If your order still has not arrived please email me hi@hannahevelynrowlands.com - including your order number.
